Shipping policy:

Body butters are made -to-order. If you’ll need your order for/by a certain date/occasion, please ensure that your order is placed within adequate timing. There will be no rushed orders, as this process requires many steps for the final product. We take pride in providing superior customer service and ensuring that all orders get the same level of attention and detail.

Return policy:

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Skincare products are non-refundable, but we will always make an attempt to make it right. Replacements can be sent depending on the circumstance.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 419thsouth@gmail.com and we will provide the address to ship your item to.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Accommodations (if applicable):

In the event that you underestimated/overestimated the size of item(s) or you’d like to change/adjust your original order, email us at 419thsouth@gmail.com and we’ll see what provisions can be made.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please email us at 419thSouth@gmail.com.

Safety and Allergy Guidelines:

Our products contain oils and butters from natural, seeds, and fruit. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

419th South’s skincare products are made with naturally derived ingredients, which in rare cases may cause sensitivity in certain individuals. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately.

If you are uncertain about possible sensitivity, always do a patch test before use or consult your healthcare professional.
